The apartment takes up the ground floor of the house and opens straight onto the garden: sixty square metres designed for a family or for two couples who want real space without giving up their independence.
The living room with sofa and the fully equipped kitchen form a single bright space, with the dining table looking out over the countryside. The two bedrooms are separate: one double and one with a single bed that converts into a double, so the same home works for four adults and for a family with children alike.
Outside, the furnished garden with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol is yours, along with the barbecue for summer evenings. Underfloor heating and air conditioning keep the apartment comfortable in any season.
